What is Kubo?
Kubo offers a carefully selected range of sleeper and compact modular homes manufactured in a specialist factory and prepared for New Zealand installation.
From choosing the right model through to delivery, foundations, placement, service connections and the compliance pathway, the Kubo team helps customers understand what is required to bring their new space to life.
The Kubo Factor
A Kubo is compact where it needs to be, clever where it matters and complete enough to remove much of the disruption and uncertainty associated with creating additional space.
Factory built precision – Coordinated interiors – Local New Zealand guidance – Licensed New Zealand trades for final service connections.
That is the Kubo Factor, a smarter way to add usable space without turning your property into a long-term building site.
